Arthur Robert Saks III was born and raised in New York, South Carolina & St. Thomas, USVI with a few stops in between. As an avid traveler with properties and businesses in South Carolina, New York, Florida, Alaska, and St.Thomas. Real Estate was a part of Arthur’s life from a young age, as he grew up tending to his parent’s rental properties. He always knew that real estate was something he wanted to pursue and after a 20-year career in the culinary world as an Executive Chef and Restaurateur of acclaimed restaurants across the country, he settled down in Bayonne, NJ with his wife and two children, and began a full-time career in Real Estate. His experiences in the past with real estate agents were less than ideal, as he had dealt with non-responsive, uninformed, and unempathetic agents that are all too common in the industry. After multiple negative experiences with both commercial and residential transactions, Arthur decided to pursue both areas of real estate as he knew what it was like to go through such an exciting experience and be left unsatisfied. He takes a hands-on approach with all his deals, walking every client through the process, and is always there to answer questions and give suggestions. He treats each transaction as if it is his own and will go above and beyond to help his clients. He is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina, and at the end of the day, want the process of his client's buying, selling, or leasing to be as stress-free and as exciting as the final result.
